China to offer 10 bln USD loan to other SCO members: Chinese president

Chinese President Hu Jintao said Thursday China will offer a loan of 10 billion U.S. dollars to support economic cooperation within the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), Xinhua reported.

The loans will also be used to promote the development of the SCO members, said the Chinese president while addressing the SCO summit in Beijing.
