Omurbek Toktogulovich Babanov was born on the 20th of May, 1970 in the village of Chymkent in northern part of Talas region in Kyrgyzstan. In 1993 he graduated from the Moscow Agricultural Academy in the name of Timiryazev. On the 24th of March, 2005 there was Popular (Tulip) Revolution in Kyrgyzstan, as a result of which the first President Askar Akaev and his family left the country.

One of the main causes of mass protests in the country, leading to a popular revolution was an unfair election in Kenesh Jogorka of Kyrgyz Republik.
Then the parliament members became the children of President Akayev - Aidar and daughter Bermet, as well as more than 20 supporters of "family" parties "Alga Kyrgyzstan!" and "Adilet".

Bishkek is the capital and the largest city of Kirghizia. The city is founded in 1864 as Russian military settlement on a place of kokandskaya fortresses Pishpek. It was called Pishpek to 1926, Frunze - to 1991, accordingly to the name of the revolutionary who has born here. It is located in a picturesque Chujskaya valley at the bottom of the Kirghiz ridge at height of 750-900 m. Now there are over 600 thousand inhabitants in the city.
