Japanese-German brand "Fujitsu" begins a large-scale project of the country's computerization in Georgia from May 15.

Corporation "Fujitsu Technology Solutions GmbH" has decided to make investments in Georgia, which aim is: a consumer buys a Fujitsu laptop manufactured in Germany on credit for a year, while interest on installments is paid by "Fujitsu".

In connection with this innovation, "Fujitsu" will sign a memorandum with the six major banks in Tbilisi on May 15, after which the project will be declared open.

Iran and China will be closely cooperating in joint medicine production, IRIB News reported.

Iran's healthcare minister Marziyeh Vahid Dastjerdi is in China, holding talks with Deputy Head of China's Food and Medicine Administration Organization Wu Chen. Dastjerdi has been in China since Sunday, upon the invitation from Chinese authorities.

According to Dastjedi, Islamic Republic of Iran currently produces 96 percent of all its medicine domestically, including biological medicaments and herbaceous drugs.

Managing-Director of Iran's Kish Bilateral Insurance Institute Mohammad Reza Mohammadi Banayi announced on Sunday that a giant Chinese oil tanker company has requested his institute to give insurance coverage to its tankers, Fars News reported.

"The Chinese company asked for our institute's assistance to receive insurance services for (its) oil tankers," Mohammadi Banayi told FNA.

He said his company can provide insurance coverage only for its members, which are the Iranian ships working for the Iranian Oil Tankers Company.

Japan planned to sign a contract with the United States next month for the purchase of four F-35 stealth fighter jets despite a price increase for the aircraft, local media reported Monday.

The fighter jets are set to be delivered before the end of fiscal year 2016 and may cost about 138 million U.S. dollars per unit. The Japanese government is making arrangements with the U.S. for the purchase as part of the budget in the current fiscal year which ends next March, Xinhua reported.

A man in an Afghan army uniform shot dead a member of the NATO-led troops in southern Afghanistan on Sunday, while another foreign soldier died in a roadside bombing elsewhere, the alliance said, dpa reported.

The NATO-led International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) said in a statement that its troops killed the attacker in return fire. It did not release information about the nationality of the soldier or the exact location of the attack.

Senior Parliamentary Vice-Minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan Ryuji Yamane arrived on a visit to Uzbekistan.

On Thursday he held a meeting at the Foreign Ministry which was attended by Japanese Ambassador Yoshihisa Kuroda.

The Kazakh Ministry of Industry and New Technologies and the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry agreed to cooperate, Kazinform reported.

The parties signed six bilateral documents on cooperation, including a memorandum on economic cooperation, which envisages 40 joint projects in nuclear and petrochemical spheres, mining and metallurgical complex, and in the field of new technologies within the meeting of Kazakh minister Asset Issekeshev and Japanese Minister Yukio Edano on Tuesday.

Assistant Secretary of Supreme National Security Council (SNSC) Ali Baqeri, who is in Beijing, and Chinese Deputy Foreign Minister Ma Zhaoxu, exchanged views on the latest developments in international, regional and nuclear issues, IRNA reported.

Baqeri arrived in Beijing on Tuesday afternoon.

Ma Zhaoxu had visited Tehran last February. He also headed Chinese delegation in recent negotiations between Iran and Group 5+1 in Istanbul.

Baqeri will depart Beijing for Moscow on Wednesday to hold talks with Russian officials.

Iranian Deputy Nuclear Negotiator Ali Bagheri will be heading to Russia to meet with country's Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov to discuss Iran's nuclear program and the upcoming negotiations in Baghdad with the "5+1" group, Mehr reported.

Iran and the P5+1 (Britain, France, Russia, China and the United States plus Germany) wrapped up the latest round of their negotiations on April 14 in the Turkish city of Istanbul, and both sides hailed the multifaceted talks as constructive.

Iraq will host the next round of the talks on May 23.
