Tajikistan will receive $35 million from the Saudi Development Fund, which will be used to build secondary schools in several regions of the country. According to the press center of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic, the relevant agreement was signed as part of the annual meeting of the Islamic bank governors. The Committee for Emergency Situations and Civil Defense of Tajikistan has received emergency rescue equipment worth about $500,000 from the Russian Embassy in the republic. According to the press service of the Russian diplomatic mission, 11 units of various heavy emergency rescue equipment were transferred to the Committee's use, including 6 URAL vehicles and 5 GAZ Vepr cross-country vehicles. This equipment is designed to solve special problems arising in the context of rescue operations.
