Traditions of the Kyrgyz people were being formed with the help of economic, trade, domestic and other relations with kindred and other tribes that were closely related to the geography of their habitations. There was an exchange of information, cultural values, skills and also mutual enrichment of cultures and household technologies between them.


After having conducted another revolution in April last year, the people of Kyrgyzstan exiled their second president who had been caught stealing for the last five years. On the eve of civil commotion on television of the March 2005 and April 2010, the mass media of Kyrgyzstan see many experts and politicians trying to analyze what happened and to identify possible future trends for the country.


Backstage talks about the collapse of the parliamentary majority coalition in Kyrgyzstan have recently become open. Representatives of opposition factions confidently began to make statements about the death of a parliamentary alliance. They even predicted the new composition of the three parties - the "Ata-Jurt", "Ar-Namys" and "Ata Meken". One of the members of the coalition, the faction of “Ata-Jurt”, seriously thought about their further stay in the inter-factional alliance.


For the Ministry of Defense of the Kyrgyz Republic (KR) the beginning of 2011 was marked by holding Command Post Exercise (CPE) with the control of subordinate units and formations. Training was surely caused by the continuing difficult socio-political situation in the country, especially in the southern region, which was repeatedly reminded by the president Otunbayeva.


Even during the parliamentary elections, the future leaders of the ruling coalition, having visited Moscow, assured the Kremlin’s leadership in its pro-Russian orientation. One would think that they took it on trust and expected specific actions from the coalition, but later the situation with promises changed in the opposite direction. During the whole period of the Russian-Kyrgyz relations official Bishkek did not get as many protests and comments as it received over the past three months.


Events that took place after the Tunisian revolution in the largest country in the Arab world, Egypt, and then the bloody drama in Libya caused confusion in the UNO and the centers of world politics - the USA, Europe, Russia, China and the fear of authoritarian rulers in all parts of the globe. The rapid spread of popular discontent with the undisputed leaders throughout North Africa and the Middle East plunged many oracles - predictors of the historical processes into depression.


In the political history of the Kyrgyz the parties appeared only in the first half of XX century. This was caused by the fact that the basic political entity of Kyrgyz society before falling under the influence of Russia was the clan. The politics were based on the relationship between the clans. The first Kyrgyz parties were the associations that opposed the Soviet Communist Party and were created to protect the national interests of Kyrgyzstan as an ethnicity and as a social community.


Long history of Kyrgyzstan has formed a unique format of international relations among its inhabitants in our land. We all know that besides the Kyrgyz, representatives of more than eighty ethnic groups acquired home on the Kyrgyz land. In addition, each of the representatives of these people is a full citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic. Together we make up the multinational people of Kyrgyzstan.


Conflicts that took place in June 2010 in southern Kyrgyzstan attracted the attention of the leaders of international organizations, some great countries and politicians at different levels, who had at least some interest in the Central Asian region and particularly in the Kyrgyz Republic.


Impetuous events surrounding the cellular operator «MegaCom», as well as the attempts of some representatives of the deputative corps to destroy the ruling parliamentary coalition cause the average man to think about forthcoming destruction of this already unstable peace and tranquility in the society. 90% of the population of our country is Muslim. The parliament of Kyrgyz Republic consists mainly of representatives of the titular nation. Thereby, I would like to remind you the words from the verse of Koran, which say: "My mercy precedes my punishment".
