Amid the general increase of instances of religious terrorism across the world and the spread of radical Islamic ideology, with a new generation of radical religious Islamic organizations stepping up and the religious situation in Central Asia deteriorating, there are preconditions for religious children-involving terrorism to emerge in Kyrgyzstan. It is facilitated by the following facts:

The parliamentary hearings on the draft law "On religious education and religious educational establishments" were held on March 5, 2013 in Jogorku Kengesh, and they were initiated by the deputy from the party "Ar-Namys" the chairman of the Committee on Education, Science, Culture and Sport Kanybek Osmonaliev, who led the State Commission on Religious Affairs last year. The discussion turned out to be quite rough; there were conflicting points of view.


Modern Kyrgyzstan is characterized by the flowering of mass phenomena that bear negative connotations, cause damage not only to the public order, but the also destroy the moral and psychological state of the population.


With the onset of the next spring season Kyrgyz people, who have experienced shocks associated with the unconstitutional change of government twice in the last decade, and it happened both times in spring, are in a state of suspense: what will this spring bring to Kyrgyzstan?


The future of the country as part of the integration process is being quite actively discussed by the Kyrgyz republic. The President Almazbek Atambayev has initiated a number of round tables in order to ascertain the views of the public, the scientific intelligentsia on the accession of the republic in various associations. One of these round tables named "Kyrgyzstan is on the way to Eurasian integration" was held on 14 March 2013 at the Kyrgyz Economic University of M. Ryskulbekov (KEU).


Despite bloody interethnic conflicts that flash repetitively, Kyrgyzstan is not able to develop and to begin to implement the state policy in the field of international relations that would be adequate to the rapid changes that happen in social relations, including changes in the ethnic composition of the population. After each change of government the efforts in this direction end with the adoption of the concept of national policy, which marks its basic principles.


The website "Time of the East" ISAP continues to publish the results of the researches conducted among young people of Kyrgyzstan in the end of 2012. Below there is the part of the research that deals with young people represented by not only the youth wings of the ruling parties, but also by the new political formations with more radical positions than the «usual» political forces.

Kyrgyzstan endured the 13th of March very calmly which was surprising to many people. As it was expected this day on the main square of the capital there was to be held the meeting that is one of the most numerous after the April 2010, the organizers of this meeting once again "put stringent conditions" to the president, government and parliament and threatened to change the government, in the case of ignoring these requirements.


In a recent study conducted by the ISAF it was noted that the main reason that makes people turn to the traditions and nationalism is a social disorder and lack of adequate understanding of the reality of life in the existing socio-economic structure, the lack of stability and constant socio-political and economic turmoil.
Against this background, special importance has been received by provincial and ethnic identification as the most stable orientation of human development.
