The Russian company “Gazprom Export” and “Global Gas Regazification” (a part of the Global Gas Group) have signed the first ever contract for supply of liquefied natural gas (LNG) to Kazakhstan from Russia by means of motor transport. As reported by the Russian company, the first export batch of liquefied natural gas will be produced before the end of December 2016. In 2017, Kazakhstan plans to export more than 5 million tons of LNG produced by “Gazprom Transgas Ekaterinburg.”
