The Lower (Legislative) Chamber of the Uzbek parliament has approved the report of the government on the state budget execution during the first nine months of 2016. As reported by the press service of the republic's legislature body on November 25, the budget surplus amounted to 0.1 percent of GDP. The budget revenues were executed at 100.2 percent of the forecast indicator, which amounted to 21.7 percent of the gross domestic product of the republic. The budget expenditures amounted to 21.6 percent of the GDP.
